It is designed to ensure transparency, professionalism, and compliance with UK laws, including the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015. 2. Services Provided I offer remote administrative, organisational, and business support services. Specific services may include, but are not limited to: Email and calendar management Customer service and communication Data entry Research Social media management Document preparation and formatting Lifestyle services General admin support Travel Booking Marketing support 3. Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide all necessary information and access required to perform agreed-upon tasks. Ensure that any shared data or materials comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Communicate any changes or updates in a timely manner. 4. Confidentiality I handle all client information with strict confidentiality. Any data shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. I adhere to the UK GDPR and Data Protection Act 2018 in managing personal data. 5. Payment Terms Services are charged on an hourly or fixed-rate basis, as agreed upon. Invoices must be paid in advance or within 14 days of issue unless otherwise agreed. Late payments may incur additional fees. 6. Cancellations & Refunds Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the work already completed. 7. Liability I am not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses incurred due to our services. While I strive for accuracy and efficiency, clients must review final deliverables. 8. Termination of Services I reserve the right to terminate services if: A client engages in unethical or illegal activities. Payments are consistently delayed. There is a breach of confidentiality or misuse of services. 9. Governing Law This policy is governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. 10.
