Client Responsibilities Clients agree to: Provide all necessary information and access required to perform agreed-upon tasks. Confidentiality I handle all client information with strict confidentiality. Any data shared with us will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent, except where required by law. Cancellations & Refunds Clients may cancel services with at least 24 hours' notice. Refunds will be issued at our discretion based on the work already completed. 7. Liability I am not responsible for any indirect or consequential losses incurred due to our services. While I strive for accuracy and efficiency, clients must review final deliverables. 8. Termination of Services I reserve the right to terminate services if: A client engages in unethical or illegal activities. Payments are consistently delayed.
